Two-Section Mega Sandwich/Salad Prep Table
This 48-1/5"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H prep table provides a 12 cu. ft. capacity, ideal for sandwich and salad preparation in commercial kitchens. It features two self-closing solid doors with full-length handles and two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves for organized storage.
The unit includes (18) 1/6-size plastic pans and a cutting board, making ingredient access and prep efficient. Its electronic thermostat with LED digital display ensures precise temperature control, while auto defrost and evaporation simplify maintenance.
Built for durability, it boasts a stainless steel front and sides, aluminum back, and an ABS interior with a stainless steel floor. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Additional features include four casters (two with brakes) for mobility and certifications for CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and performance compliance.

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping — otherwise, returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
