How long will my order take to ship and deliver?

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the product(s) to request a return.

Do you provide free returns?

We will cover the cost of returning damaged merchandise. However, if you return for any other reason, including buyer remorse, you must pay the actual return shipping costs.

If your product(s) come damaged, please send images to support@irongridsupply.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or reimbursement.

How do I place my order?

To complete your transaction, please provide your shipping and billing information.

How will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with credit card approval and shipping/billing details. We will send you another email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I modify my order?
