Serv-Ware SGCO-1 38.11” Stainless Steel Single-Deck Gas Convection Oven – 54,000 BTU/H

The Serv-Ware SGCO-1 is a high-performance, stainless steel single-deck convection oven built for durability and consistent results. Operating on natural gas with a powerful 54,000 BTU/H output, it features a 38"W x 43.2"D x 57.32"H freestanding design weighing 606 lbs. The stainless steel exterior ensures long-lasting durability, while the porcelain interior makes cleaning quick and easy.

This oven includes solid-state controls, a 60-minute timer, and an automatic ignition system for simple operation. Inside, four racks with 13 adjustable positions provide flexible baking capacity, while a dual-speed fan motor delivers uniform heat distribution. An interior light enhances visibility during cooking.

Designed for natural gas with an included LP conversion kit, the SGCO-1 connects via a ¾” gas inlet for installation convenience. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting strict safety and sanitation standards for commercial kitchens.

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping — otherwise, returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
