Powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains consistent –10°F temperatures. Guided airflow delivers even cooling throughout the cabinet, and the energy-efficient evaporator and condenser fan motors enhance reliability. The rear, slide-out condensing unit allows for easy service access, while the automatic defrost system reduces upkeep.
To improve coil efficiency, the condensing fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts. This helps clear away dirt and dust from the coil, improving cooling performance and lowering energy consumption—though routine preventive maintenance is still recommended.
