The True TFP-72-30M-D-6-HC prep table features a durable stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back. Its aluminum interior liner and stainless steel drawer fronts ensure long-lasting performance. Each of the six drawers can hold various pan configurations using divider bars (sold separately). Recessed 12-inch handles make opening the drawers easy, while magnetic gaskets help maintain an airtight seal to prevent cold air loss.
The insulated lids and hood protect ingredients stored in the 30 included 1/6-size pans, and the 8-inch-deep cutting board provides a convenient work surface for assembling sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Temperatures can be adjusted between 33°F and 41°F, supported by a guided airflow system for even cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and the condensing unit is rear-accessible for service.
