Each unit features a factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which has zero ozone depletion potential and an extremely low 0.02 GWP. The patented forced-air system maintains food pan and cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) and meets ANSI/NSF-7 standards.
The exterior includes a stainless steel front, top, and ends, paired with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back. A stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood help keep pans colder, preserve freshness, and reduce condensation; both components are removable for easy cleaning.
Inside, the cabinet features a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for improved sanitation. Each unit comes with an 8-7/8" deep, 1/2"-thick, full-length removable cutting board made from high-density white polyethylene, offering a durable and sanitary prep surface. Heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves provide reliable storage support.
