The True TUC-27F-HC undercounter freezer is built with a durable stainless steel exterior that resists dents and scratches, while its clear-coated aluminum interior and coved corners make cleaning fast and hassle-free. Inside, products can be stored on the stainless steel floor or on the two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. A recessed 12-inch handle provides easy door access without taking up aisle space, and the 5-inch castors allow the unit to be moved for cleaning beneath it.
High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps cold air contained, while the capillary tube system with R290 refrigerant maintains a consistent -10°F temperature. The evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure even airflow throughout the cabinet. The slide-out condensing unit, accessible from the rear, simplifies service and maintenance.
To maintain coil efficiency, the condensing fan motor automatically runs in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts, helping clear away dust and debris. Regular coil maintenance is still recommended to ensure optimal performance.
