The Serv-Ware SGF-50N is a durable, stainless steel 4-tube fryer built for commercial kitchens, delivering 120,000 BTU/H of power through natural gas. Measuring 15.5"W x 30.2"D x 46.5"H and weighing 172 lbs, this fryer combines performance and reliability in a compact footprint. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
Its tube-style burner system provides 30,000 BTU per tube and features thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation between 200°F and 400°F. The stainless steel fry tank includes a peened finish and cold zone to extend oil life, while the double-rod basket hanger supports efficient frying.
Additional features include a 1-¼" full-port drain valve for easy cleaning, wire mesh fry baskets, drain tube racks, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability. Designed as a floor model, the SGF-50N holds up to 50 lbs of oil, though it does not include a filter system or basket lifts.
